Stempunk waistcoat

An old design of mine. I uploaded it because Marcusstratus made a design that looks similar in style, so I wanted to show him this.
I hate to appear in photographies, so I cut only the waistcoat in the photo.
I'm not a tailor, and this was the 4th or 5th thing I've ever sewn, so it is not perfect, but for the nearly zero experience I had (I have not so much more now) I think it is nice.
The front part is really double-breated, it is not only aesthetical, so it can be removed, becoming less warm and looking more like a normal open waistcoat. It is useful when the weather becomes hotter during the day, because the removed part can be put in a pocket, so it isn't annoying.
It is made of green/brown (hunting color) velvet, with brass buttons and winter lining, so it is very warm.
